On May 26, 2021, the new session of the Radio Application and Management Committee of the China Institute of Communications and the first session of the fourth session were held in Beijing. Qi Feng, deputy director of the Radio Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Teng Wei, deputy secretary-general of the China Institute of Communications, attended the meeting.

The meeting listened to the work summary made by Comrade Zeng Qingjun, deputy general manager of China Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. on behalf of the third committee. The meeting announced the list of members of the fourth committee, and elected Comrade Qi Feng as the chairman of the fourth committee, and elected Ma Lei, Huang Ying, Fang Anru, Hao Lixiao, Zhang Jianming, Zeng Qingjun, Wu Qihui, Peng Mugen, Yu Yongchao, Shi Manjiao, Comrade Zhang Yan is the vice chairman. At the same time, according to the requirements of the Party Committee of the Science and Technology Association of the China Association for Science and Technology, the Party Working Group of the Radio Application and Management Committee of the China Institute of Communications was established at the meeting, and Comrade Qi Feng was appointed as the leader of the Party’s working group. Deputy Secretary-General Teng Wei congratulated the members of the fourth term and put forward specific requirements for the work of the committee under the new era and new development.
