The extended operating temperature range combined with higher performance and cost-effectiveness enables the AIS2IH to meet emerging automotive application requirements such as digital dash cams, driver monitoring, suspension height sensing, and automatic door opening and closing. AIS2IH has passed the AEC-Q100 automotive standard certification and is now providing engineering samples. The chip package is a 2mm x 2mm LGA package with a Wettable Flank structure.
