There are many kinds of amplifying circuits in the power supply industry, and it is necessary to simulate and output various signals in the R&D test to verify the integrity of the circuit. The customer is a power supply research and development company, and needs to conduct a simulation test on the frequency multiplier integrator circuit, output a 5V, 5kHz square wave signal to stimulate the circuit, and generate a 20kHz triangle wave signal to verify the stability of the circuit. In addition, AFG31000 series arbitrary function generator has built-in double pulse test software. No external PC applications or manual editing required. Tests can be completed by generating two waveforms with variable pulse widths (from 20 ns to 150 µs) directly on the touch Display within one minute.
The AFG31000 Series Arbitrary Function Generators are easily tested.
The AFG31000 series arbitrary function generator can directly view the real-time waveform after connecting the DUT without using an oscilloscope or other equipment, saving testing time and avoiding experimental errors caused by impedance mismatches; the built-in ARB editing tool ArbBuilder includes creating, editing and transmitting arbitrary functions. All waveform operations without connecting to a PC or transferring files to a PC. Amplitude and offset data are stored in the waveform, so there is no need to adjust the settings after the normalized ARB is loaded. In advanced sequence mode, up to 256 steps in sequence mode including loop, adjust and wait for events, easily complete complex tests.
Tektronix solutions include the AFG31052 arbitrary function generator, TCP0030A current probe, and IsoVu optically isolated differential probe. AFG31052 has dual channels, 25MHz, 14-bit vertical resolution, 250 MSa/s, and TCP0030A current probe and IsoVu optically isolated differential probe are recommended for subsequent double-pulse testing.
