FormFactor CM300xi-SiPh; this product features automatic wafer-level optical signal positioning, which combines with Keysight’s industry-standard IL/PDL engine and N7700A Optical Communication Application Suite (PAS) to operate at 1240 nm to 1650 nm It supports repeat wavelengths of ±1.5 pm in bidirectional scanning with a maximum scan speed of 200 nm/s, ensuring accuracy and repeatability from O-band to L-band.
