Recently, Silicon Carbide (SiC) high-tech chip company Zhanxin Electronics announced the completion of A+ and A++ rounds of financing with a total amount of hundreds of millions of yuan. This financing was jointly led by SDIC Investment, Xiaomi Production Investment and Lightspeed China, with participation from Times Mindong, GAC Capital, GF Xinde, Wofu Capital, Pudong Kechuang, Junxi Capital, Spectrum Investment, and old shareholder Linxin Investment Continue to support.

Zhanxin Electronics is a high-tech chip company focusing on the field of silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductors. It was established in the Lingang New Area of ​​the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in 2017. It independently developed and mastered 6-inch SiC MOSFET products and process platforms. In September this year, Zhanxin Electronics officially announced the mass production of 1200V 25mΩ Full-SiC (IV1B) half-bridge power modules, which further improved Zhanxin Electronics’ SiC product line on the basis of existing SiC MOSFET products and SiC SBD products.

At present, Zhanxin Electronics has a complete industrial chain capability from design to manufacturing in the field of silicon carbide, and its products have been recognized by many leading customers. In the past year, Zhanxin Electronics has mass-produced and shipped more than 100,000 silicon carbide MOSFETs.
